I had my second session with Deborah today, and I am again totally blown away by her intuition and talent! It is absolutely incredible how in tune she can get with what is going on with a client. I experienced such powerful releases of blockages as she worked on me, and feel the flow of energy being restored throughout my system.
She has so much experience and knowledge, but there is something so extraordinary and unique about her gift beyond that. I lack the words to do it justice, but to me her healing ability is really quite magical. And she is so genuinely devoted to helping people feel better - such an authentically lovely soul.

Deborah has been an integral part of my health journey and I am SO incredibly grateful to have found her. After suffering from severe chronic health issues that ultimately ended in surgery, my physician suggested I begin visceral manipulation massage to help combat some of my symptoms that had not improved after my procedure. After several sessions with Deborah, I have, for the first time in two years, begun to feel like my old self. My symptoms and health issues had been debilitating and after working with Deborah consistently, I am finally back to a stable state with my health.

Working with Deb has truly changed my life. I do not say that lightly. At one point in my life I was diagnosed with five or more autoimmune diseases and spending two weeks of the month throwing up. My nervous system was completely out of balance. It was a long road to heal the way I have and the work that Deb does allows me to live a full thriving life. Deborah is exceptionally gifted at reading the subtle body and skilled in the art of Craniosacral Therapy. I’ve suffered for years with fibromyalgia, have tried a multitude of healing modalities, and truly, nothing compared to the relief I experienced working with Deborah. Her gentle and compassionate presence invites me to relax and enter into a co creative healing dance. Her subtle skilled touch has the power to engage a mechanism in my body that effortlessly unwinds tension and blockages and miraculously calms the flight flight response at the root of much of my discomfort. After 4 sessions, the chronic pain in my neck and jaw was dramatically improved! The effect on my nervous system was so profound that I experienced dramatic emotional and mental relief as well. It was not uncommon to walk into a session anxious and tense, mind running a mile a minute, and within 5 minutes in Deborah’s healing hands, my entire nervous system was transformed.
What I find so beautiful about this work is how it has empowered me. Even though I have moved away from San Diego and unfortunately no longer enjoy my sessions with Deborah, she has given me an experience of what it feels like to be at peace in my body. Several sessions in, I recognized how that state imprinted in my body and it became easier to access even outside sessions. It has given me yet a deeper sense of the body’s natural ability to heal. I have been seeing Deborah Ortiz for Craniosacral Therapy for over six months and started off with weekly sessions. She is one of the most effective practitioners I’ve ever worked with. Deborah knows very well how to read the bodies Craniosacral rhythm, which I recently learned about. Deborah works intuitively while using a specific process, to facilitate bringing the body back into a calm, relaxed and self healing state. I experienced tremendous relief from multiple symptoms of stress. I also gained a deep state of relaxation, peace and harmony within myself. She helped me a great deal. I honestly feel that Deborah has a gift. She is someone I trust and will continue working with. I believe this modality is the most effective, gentle, non-invasive work I’ve experienced in 17 years.

I really notice a difference in my body after getting treatments from Deborah. My body gets to re-set and find that inherent healing potential with each session. Deborah is amazing and a lifesaver. I got a concussion and back neck injury that really threw my body out of alignment and affected my energy and mood, and with her help I’ve been able to feel more and more like myself again. She listens to what your body needs and is able to identify the source of the injury/problem, but also strengthens the surrounding areas for comprehensive healing that has results. I have been so impressed by her demeanor, her kind way of interacting and the intuitive gift she uses along with the skill of using the Craniosacral bodywork. She says that she listens to the body, and I can attest to how incredibly well she does that.
